General steps to getting your home listed:

2.Free Q&A and home evaluation consult. Invite me over, I won’t stay too long! Show me around and tell me all of the wonderful things about your home. Ask me any questions you have about the process, the market, and ways to prepare your home. After our meeting, I’ll prepare a comprehensive Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) that is specific to your home and the local market. I’ll also provide a list of things you can do to spruce up the place (if you’d like). Not everyone wants to spend weeks preparing their home for market, and that’s okay too! I’m here to make your life easier, not harder!

3.Strategize. We’ll work together to determine the best price and optimal timing to list your home. I’ll go over the contract with you and will start working on your beautiful professional marketing material etc.

4.Going live. I’ll work closely with you to create a showing schedule and open house plan among other things. This is such an exciting time. Now we can show the world your beautiful home!
